Jon has over 30 years experience working in service businesses as both CFO and CEO, with the last 15 in the FM sector. FCA qualified with BDO and experienced in M&A, he is responsible for the creation of the Mecsia strategy and the successful expansion of the group. Jon has a passion for driving social value and building and supporting high performing teams.

Paula is a highly experienced CFO. FCCA qualified, Paula has worked in the FM, petrochemical, print, construction, and public service sectors. She has worked alongside a number of PE funds including Graphite, Foresight, Westbridge and ESO Capital. Paula is responsible for Mecsia’s finance, technology, people and legal teams.

Chris is an engineer by background, having started his career in the armed forces. He has successfully driven the growth of Cambridge Maintenance over 20 years. Chris excels in building customer relationships and leading frontline operational delivery. He is the COO of Mecsia Group, managing and directing all group operations and supply chain management activity.

Tom is an experienced operational and commercial leader, with a 20-year track record of delivering complex, high-quality services to blue chip clients across national infrastructure, clinical, high security and major events settings.  He’s passionate about building high-performing teams, and excited to work with Mecsia’s customers and businesses to build the UK’s leading technical facilities management company.

Joe has been with Acorn 9 years having spent his formative years progressing his career through a trades background in mechanical and plumbing.

He developed into contract management and clients soon recognised his strong people and communications skills/style.

He has progressed in that time through Acorn from Contract Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Director and two years ago to Operations Director.

He looks after half of the companies workload and has been instrumental in developing one of our two key client accounts and the team therein.

Joe now has responsible for all operations matters and additionally looks after our water treatment and electrical divisions as well as other strategic activities such as: H&S, “Think Safe Stay Safe”.

Yasmin has over 20 years’ experience within Recruitment, previously within Pharmaceuticals and for the last 4.5 years within the FM industry.

She heads up the recruitment division and more recently is responsible for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion within the Group.

Yasmin is responsible for recruiting and hiring our top talent and making sure an inclusive candidate experience is part of our recruitment strategy.

Leanne is an experienced sales professional.

Having worked within a number of Hard Services industries, Leanne is now a qualified Marketing Specialist with an aptitude for detail and is driven to succeed. She is a vital to the progression and growth of the group.
